Being a victim of anxiety, I know how hard it can be to wake up in the morning, knowing that the day is going to take all of your energy away from you. I also know how hard it can be to have that constant voice in your head telling you that there’s not point in trying because you’ll mess everything up anyway. Don’t even get me started on the fact that anxiety always makes us overthink situations and because of it, we get scared to actually go ahead and do anything. I may as well just stay at home – right? WRONG. This blog has been created to urge you to go out and to tell you, that you will get through whatever life is going to throw at you. It took me more than 5 years to realise it but I AM A CONQUEROR and so are you. What I hope you will take from this blog is that, it’s okay to stay at home, it’s okay to not attend something and it’s okay that you may fear things in life because we’re all the same; everyone of us.
